Our particular specialty is the 433A document, establishing that a manufactured home has been installed on a permanent foundation, in compliance with 18551 statutory requirements. Unlike other states that use an Affidavit of Affixture, the “Notice of Installation of Manufactured Home on Permanent Foundation System” aka 433A is California’s only effective notice that the home is on a permanent foundation. While the 433C can be executed through escrow within a park setting, it does not prove that the home is on a permanent foundation.
